Springfield Visual Arts Alliance began in 1988 with a small group of artists who joined together to advance visual arts. SVAA is a not-for-profit Missouri Corporation.

Mission Statement: SVAA is dedicated to creating a richer environment for the visual arts and for visual artists in the Springfield area.
